Lakeland Insight Meditation group offers our Wednesday Dharma Gatherings both in-person and (simultaneously) on Zoom from 6:30 - 7:45 PM.
In-person participants meet at 3140 Troy Ave, Lakeland, Fl. Covid vaccines recommended for in-person attendance.
We suggest that students have beginner’s meditation training, please contact Andy at [email protected] for more info.
