Yardwork Presents is excited to present an intimate evening of exploratory music and sound from two analgous Salt Lake City based artists.Cynnie B. ~ A female semi-modular and electronic artists based in Salt Lake City, UT and staple of the International Artists Lounge monthly experimental night series (regularly in duo w/ Andrew R.) Will grace us with an all too rare solo performance.
Lake Mary is a moniker of musician perhaps most widely known as part of the ambient-jazz quartet Fuubutsushi, Prymek’s solo(ish) project Lake Mary has been his anchor. Weaving elements of finger style folk guitar, ambient jazz and free-improvisation into deep narrative of personal hymns. Raised in Salt Lake City and having moved around the country the last 12 or so years and appearing on over 40 celebrated records in various projects and collaborations, Prymek has found himself back home and immersed in Salt Lake City's experimental, free-improv and jazz scene. On this evening, we will host a non-oft solo performance from his project Lake Mary.
