Ticket includes:
- A return journey and transportation by a luxury coach with AC, TV screens and toilet
- Fully guided tour with a friendly local guide, hiking/walking and free time for sightseeing, shopping and visiting attractions
Places we explore:
- Lake District - Lake Windermere: Visit the largest natural lake in Lake District in the most beautiful corner of England
- Bowness-on-Windermere: Free time to walk along the shores of Lake Windermere and its picturesque harbour, take a stroll in the town centre and enjoy visiting the souvenir shops and cafe shops and you will also have the option to also take a cruise on the lake if you like (Optional).
- Brantfell: Join your tour guide hiking one of the best tracks and admire breathtaking views overlooking the lake, islands and dramatic mountains.
- Scottish Borders & Gretna Green: Visit Scotland's Wedding Capital, Tea, coffee and toilet break

About the Tour
A journey through the majestic and stunning Lake District, known for its glacial ribbon lakes, rugged fell mountains and historic literary associations and its cute towns. We will explore Bowness-on-Windermre and its traditional inns, galleries of local art and outdoor equipment shops and a will have the opportunity to take a tour on a boat cruise on the lake. The tour includes hiking and walking at Brantfell, a popular walk where the fantastic panoramic views will not let you leave! The 'World of Beatrix Potter Attraction' in Lake District is also A-MUST-SEE if you are a big fan! This tour also includes visiting the Scottish Boarders and Gretna Green.

Pick Up Points:
- 08:00am, Strathclyde Business School, 199 Cathedral St, Glasgow City Centre
- 08:15am, Glasgow University Main Gate, University Ave, Glasgow West End
- IMPORTANT: When you book your ticket, you will have the option to choose one of the above pick up points. The pick up point you choose will appear at the bottom of your pdf e-ticket which will be sent to your email inbox by Eventbrite once the order is complete. You cannot change your pick up point unless you contact directly and we would be happy to help you with changing your pick up point if needed. You may not be picked up if you arrive at the wrong pick up point that is different from the one shown on your pdf e-ticket.

Lunch / Things to bring with you
There will be time for a lunch break in restaurants, however, you can also bring your own packed lunch. Bring with you lots of smiles, a camera, warm clothes, proper walking / hiking shoes, an ID, a bottle of water and snacks. We will also have tea/coffee and toilet breaks throughout the journey.

Drop Off Point:
Drop off point for all students will be at Strathclyde Business School, 199 Cathedral St, Glasgow City Centre. There will be no drop off in Glasgow University.

- Tickets are very limited and available based on first come, first served.
- Tickets are non-refundable if you miss the tour for any reason.
- If you can no longer attend, you may sell your ticket to others, however, you must notify in advance for check in purposes.
