Join us for a special Lake Area Mixed Media Meetup featuring our August Spotlight Artist, Jen Van Putten!
Jen creates imaginative ceramic sculptures filled with unusual characters, expressive details, and compelling personalities. During the evening, she will share an in-person portfolio and offer insight into her artwork, creative process, artistic journey, and experience building a career as a working artist. Guests will also have the opportunity to participate in an open Q&A and connect with Jen personally.
Be sure to bring a portable craft or creative project to work on alongside other local artists and artisans. Whether you enjoy painting, drawing, crocheting, sewing, sculpting, collaging, writing, beading, or another creative medium, you are welcome. Spend the evening creating, exchanging ideas, gaining helpful information, making new connections, and finding encouragement within our growing creative community.
Artists, artisans, makers, and creative individuals of all mediums and experience levels are welcome!
