Lake Arbor Jazz Pre-Festival Concert Featuring Avery*Sunshine

It’s an evening of Soul and Smooth with some of the greatest!

Join us in the Ballroom at MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino for an evening of soul featuring the one and only, Avery*Sunshine!

Fluent in musical genres of R&B, house, jazz, hip-hop and gospel, Avery*Sunshine expresses herself with a powerful, enveloping voice that sweeps the listener up in stories of love, loss, and healing.

The evening will also feature "3 Alarm Fire", a dynamic trio of saxmen Art Sherrod, Jr, trumpeter Lin Rountree, and keyboardist Brian Simpson. The trio will also feature bassist Phylicia Rae.

Opening the evening will be young sax phenom, Langston Hughes II.
