Runner’s Rehab: Stay Strong, Run Smart
Running is one of the most accessible ways to stay active—but nagging aches and recurring injuries can hold you back if you’re not training with intention. The good news is that most of these issues are preventable with the right balance of strength, recovery, and smart programming.
In this workshop, Lakás PT & Performance will break down why common running injuries happen, why they tend to repeat, and how small changes in your training can keep you moving consistently.
You’ll learn how your training habits, movement patterns, and strength (or lack of it) impact your runs—and what you can start doing right away to feel stronger, more resilient, and more confident.

- Simple ways to train smarter and avoid setbacks
- Strength training that actually supports your running
- How to adjust your training when something feels off
- Key red flags runners shouldn’t ignore
