6:45 PM — Welcome & Grounding

Arrive, get comfortable and take a moment to leave the outside world at the door. We’ll begin by settling into the space and grounding together.

6:55 PM — Cacao Ceremony

We’ll share ceremonial cacao together, taking time to slow down, connect and set a personal intention for the evening.

7:10 PM — Guided Meditation & Reiki

Allow yourself to properly switch off as I guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation, accompanied by gentle Reiki energy to help you rebalance and reconnect.

7:40 PM — Sound Bath

Lie back, get comfortable and simply receive. I’ll take you through an immersive sound bath using my full set of singing bowls, allowing the sounds and vibrations to wash over you.

8:00PM — Grounding & Closing

We’ll gently bring the evening to a close, giving you a few quiet moments to ground, reflect and come back into the room before leaving.

Finish: approximately 8:15 PM

No experience with meditation, Reiki or sound baths is needed. Just come as you are. This is your time to stop, breathe and have 90 minutes where nobody needs anything from you.
