LAiKA Quartet is going on tour this January! We’re performing six concerts in and around Aarhus. This concert will serve as a send-off concert and last preparation of our long awaited venture to Jutland. The theme of the tour and this concert bears the title “Towards brighter times”, wherein youth, passion, light, and absence hereof will be the main focus.
Furthermore, the Aarhus based composer and conductor, Magnus Plejdrup, will be dedicating his “String Quartet No. 1” to us.
The program this evening will be a reflection of us, our journey, and our understanding and interpretation of light and the absence hereof.
We’re very excited and are hoping you’ll join us on our adventure!
