Often called "Turkish pizza," Lahmacun is a thin, crispy flatbread topped with a savory minced meat mixture!
Made with ground meat, tomatoes, peppers, onions, and herbs, Lahmacun is traditionally served with fresh parsley, onions, and a squeeze of lemon, then rolled up and enjoyed by hand.
The program is open to the public with registration. The cost is $20 per person.
