LAGOS '06: TAC x Gidi Guys

**LAGOS ‘06**
2006 was a good year for Afrobeats. The sound that went on to take over the world was still local then; made in Lagos, for Lagos, with no idea what it was about to become.
Twenty years on, those records are everywhere again. Sampled, flipped and rebuilt by the artists carrying the underground now. Lagos ‘06 puts both in the same room: the originals and what they turned into, mixed by DJs who actually know the lineage and can move between them without losing the floor.
**Friday 20 November · 11PM–3AM · Ruby Room @ Winston**
Part of TAC Turns 2, our 2nd anniversary weekend.
