Lagniappe Fridays are FREE, two-hour gatherings traditionally held every second Friday of the month — joyful by design and purposeful by intention. These sessions bring together youth-serving professionals to build capacity, expand networks, and sharpen the skills that directly benefit young people across our city.

At Lagniappe Fridays, a light lunch is served at these gatherings that reflect the essence of New Orleans' rich history, diverse cultural influences, and deep communal spirit. Lagniappe Fridays are NOYA's ongoing commitment to connection — creating a joyful space where learning, tools, and resources are accessible to all who serve and work with young people.
