About this Event

We are LAFS, a brand new charitable organisation from London aimed at suppoting the working class in the arts. As well as funding projects at home in London, we are premiering the first ever Banneret award for best working class act at the Fringe.

After whittling the award shortlist to 16 of our favorite applicants, we are going to announce our winner live on stage on the 24th August at Bannerman's. The first 100 people will get a free drink, and at 8:30 PM the winner will be crowned. There will be a networking event and drinks after the ceremony till late.
