Terms & Conditions​

1.General. The Sample Sale is organized by Lafayette 148 New York (“Organizer”), 141 Flushing Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 11205. By purchasing Early Access tickets, purchasers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the terms of Organizer’s Privacy Policy concerning the collection and use of personal information. Such Privacy Policy is available for review at https://www.lafayette148ny.com/privacy.​

2. Details. Sample Sale Early Access tickets will be available to purchase while supplies last. Tickets may only be purchased online from Eventbrite by following all the related instructions thereon. All sales are final and non-refundable. Each Early Access ticket entitles the holder to exclusive shopping on November 4, 2025. Photo ID may be required to enter sale. Cash & Cards accepted. Staff reserve the right to refuse sale and adjust prices at the register. Items purchased cannot be returned, exchanged or credited at any L148 retail locations or online. Large bags and coats may be required to be checked in. No strollers, children under 16 or pets, please.​

None of Organizer, its affiliates and Eventbrite and any employees or agents of any of the foregoing, is responsible or liable for any losses or injuries of any kind resulting from lost, incomplete, late, damaged, delayed, or misdirected orders, communications or tickets.​

Sample Sale Early Access is governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York without regard to principles of conflict of laws. By purchasing Early Access tickets, purchasers agree that (i) all claims, and judgments shall be exclusive of punitive, incidental, consequential damages or costs of enforcement, (ii) all causes of action will be resolved individually, without the use of any form of class action, and (iii) exclusive venue for all causes of action will be New York County, New York.
