1. General: The Sample Sale is organized by Lafayette 148 New York (“Organizer”), 141 Flushing Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 11205. By purchasing Early Access tickets, purchasers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy (available at lafayette148ny.com/privacy).​

2. Details: Tickets are available while supplies last and must be purchased via Eventbrite. All ticket sales are final. Each ticket entitles the holder to exclusive shopping access on May 5, 2026. A photo ID may be required for entry. We accept cash and major credit cards. Staff reserve the right to refuse sales or adjust prices at the register. Items purchased are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged at any L148 retail location or online. Large bags and coats must be checked. For safety reasons, no strollers, pets or children under 16 are permitted. By purchasing a ticket, you opt-in to receive marketing communications; you may unsubscribe at any time.​
