Join us for our November CPD Session: Building Regulations Part 2A: Duty Holders, with Vextrix

The session is for everyone who works on projects involving Building Regulations compliance and it will cover the duties under the regulations applicable to all projects.

The session covers the duties of the duty holders under Part 2A of the Building Regulations, which was introduced by the 2023 amendment to the regulations. The presentation will give an overview of the regulatory requirements, it will provide an explanation of the meaning of the terminology used in the regulations, and it will include examples of the practical application of the requirements. The attendees will leave the session with a better understanding of the new duties, and with a plan for the steps of what to do next.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understanding of the duties under the Building Regulations.
• Practical application of the duties.
• What actions to take to build confidence in fulfilling the requirements.
