Lady's Defense is a dedicated class designed for women to learn self-defense in a safe and welcoming environment. Participants will learn how to prevent, handle, and overcome various forms of violence and attacks. The training includes techniques such as punching, striking, and defenses against common chokes, grabs, and holds. Additionally, the class covers how to use your voice effectively, along with important do's and don'ts.Contact if any questions [email protected], 402-915-2898 (Call or Text) - Only $10 per person should last 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Open to all until full. Doors will open around 9:30am please try to arrive around 10 to 10:15am to get registered that morning class will start right at 10:30pm.
