- Warm-up: Exercises to prepare the body and activate energy.
- Wave Movements: Techniques to make fluid waves in the body, emphasizing the connection with the music.
- Head Work: How to use the head to add style and elegance to your movements.
- Arms and Hands: You will learn to move your arms and hands in a harmonious way, complementing your dance steps.
- Combinations: Integration of the movements learned in simple combinations that you can practice and take to the dance floor.
You will have Space to practice what you have learned and receive personalized feedback.
