Lads in Lycra - Men's Health Week
Join us for Lads in Lycra, a Men's Health Week community ride designed to get men moving, connecting with others and enjoying the benefits of being active outdoors.
Starting from Glen Park Community Centre, participants will take part in a relaxed group bike ride along a mapped route before returning to Glen Park at 12.30pm for a FREE BBQ and the chance to socialise.
The ride will be led by experienced riders, with additional riders supporting the group along the way to assist with things like punctures or basic bike repairs as needed.
