Event overview:

Consumer brands have evolved the landscape, shifting expectations around what a ‘good’ experience looks like. CX excellence is becoming a baseline expectation, as well as an opportunity to differentiate. Nowhere is this more important than in the pharma industry; when we think about the increasing amount of information to communicate both to patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

The newly established Havas Lynx CX team has been created to work alongside agency colleagues and pharma clients. In this session, they will explore the methodologies, tools, and approaches that they use to provide an optimised experience for both patients and HCPs on their journey with the pharma brand or product.
