What a night!! �Another sell out night and the buzz in the hall was absolutely incredible. You ladies were on fire ��. Well done for challenging yourselves with your weights. You were an inspiration to each other by pushing yourselves out of your comfort zones and challenging yourselves. It was amazing to see �

New classes in irthlingborough now up and running on a Tuesday morning if you’d like to join us. 9.30 - 10.30am Crow Hill community centre.
Or alternatively handful of places left at my 5.45pm class Tuesday eve at Higham works.
