Ladies that Frolic

A day for the ladies! Bring your bestie or your mom, or have a day of play and self care for yourself! Join me and my very special guests for a day of nature, art, and relaxation!

Frolicking will begin at 9am at Fort Harrison State Park at the Cherry Tree Shelter with a light breakfast, welcome, and gentle body movement. Our first matter of play will be a guided bird walk! Upon returning from our guided walk, a light lunch will be provided. Our day of play will continue to include a take home watercolor paint session! The days events close with a sound bath with yoga nidra! Our playdate concludes with commuinty and beverage, as well as optional sharing of your experiences or journaling.
