The BMHC will be holding a 4 week Taekwondo taster course for ladies!
This is an excellent opportunity to learn self-defence and also get fit!
Register for this 4 week taster course for only £15!
Classes will be taught by a qualified female instructor, Zaynab Mohammed, a 2nd Dan Black Belt and GB athlete.
Classes timings:
Girls (ages 8-13) / Saturdays 10am - 11am
Ladies & Teens (14+) / Saturdays 11am - 12pm
Course starts Saturdays 23rd Nov 2024.
Aside from self-defence, you will benefit from others skills such as:
