Join choreographer and dance artist Helen Amehla for her popular Ladies Styling, Cuban salsa workshop @cfcstudios, Birmingham.

Helen's classes focus on whole body musicality. Drawing on her diverse dance training, Helen encourages expression and fluidity in salsa dancing, with combinations of casino on 1 & 2.
