Do we have a treat for you? Guest teacher for this Ladies Styling & Confidence Workshop is the fabulous Dee Lanning from Dynamic Dance!
Who is Dee? Dee Lanning is renowned for her Dynamic teaching style and ability to encourage dancers of all levels. She combines her almost 20 years teaching experience with technical expertise and passion for dance, to deliver workshops that will leave you feeling confident, inspired and ready to shine!
.Join Dee for a workshop to elevate not only your styling but your confidence on the social dance floor.
The workshop will be broken down into two parts. The first part of the session will be looking at connection and control of you movement, including spinning technique and how small changes can improve the look and feel of your dance.
The second section will give you a chance to let loose and play with movements through a short choreographed routine designed to give you not only a confidence boost but also ‘homework’ to practice when you are on or off the social dance floor!
Doors open at 4.15pm and the Workshop begins at 4.30pm ending at 7pm to allow to you grab some food locally (or bring it with you!) before continuing the evening with our monthly freestyle 'til 11pm!
The workshop will be broken up with refreshments in the form of hot drinks, healthy snacks and cakes.
