Ladies Self Defense Class

Join us for a fundraiser event at Tribe-SBG Reno! This ladies self defense class is open to all ladies (moms, bring your daughters!), and is benefitting The Wishlist NV, which serves to support the needs of Washoe County Children. The Wishlist is run by Erin Pendola…if you’ve ever trained martial arts alongside her, you’ll know how much she cares about the people around her and how much joy she brings everywhere she goes!
This class will be on October 24th, from 12-1pm. It will include hands-on self defense skills. As an added bonus, Lynnette Bellin of ISR Reno will be joining us for a chat on water safety and how to help protect our children (and the children around us) in the water.
Suggested donation of $20. Open to beginners and experienced students alike. Class will be held at SBG Reno, at 4900 Mill street, suite 1. Let’s come together for a fun ladies day and to support a great cause!
