Hi ladies! I have booked a low impact self defence class in which will be fun but informative and hopefully make you feel safer walking the streets alone. We have 2 fantastic instructors to teach us!! It will be held at st Anthony’s social club. Any age group is welcome! £8 a ticket please contact me for a ticket. Tickets are non refundable but feel free to pass on to someone else if you need to transfer.
