As mothers, professionals, educators, or home executives, women are statistically and historically proven to work hard, focusing all their physical and mental energy on their responsibilities, often saving very little time or space for self-care.At this social event, we will put ourselves first, each one of us.The event will allow for:

~ A completely fun-filled session of Bollywood Zumba by the sensational local instructor, Sonali of Sonali Dance School
~ Special Guests & Speakers:
Some very special speakers and guests will be present to mingle and share stories of their own struggles and lessons learned about self-care.
