Please bring a water bottle and come wearing your workout clothes. Bring a small towel if needed. There are some changing rooms available on site. Class starts at 2:30pm

There will be optional activities to join before and after this event but spaces will be more limited!

This is the burn class and you will sweat, it's really a workout!

Mats and all other equipment needed will be provided.
