Ladies only yoga classes resume on Tuesdays from 16th April, 7-8pm at Leyton Sports Ground.Join me in an inclusive space, for a weekly 'Hatha Vinyasa' yoga class - a moderate, dynamic flow, focussing on breathing, alignment and inner and outer balance.
