This Ladies only workshop will offer you practical self defence skills should you be in a vulnerable position. OPEN TO ANY FITNESS LEVEL.
About this Event

The skills & techniques given in this workshop will give you a basic idea of practical self defence, should you ever find yourself in vulnerable situation.

Refreshments are available to purchase.
