Ladies of Lourdes Ministry: Sunset Labyrinth Walk

Women of the parish and community are invited to join Our Lady of Lourdes Women’s Ministry for a Sunset Labyrinth Walk on Tuesday, August 16th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. We will meet on the St. Norbert Abbey grounds – enter via Webster Ave. We will gather outside, so please bring a lawn chair and dress accordingly.
The labyrinth is a walking meditation symbolic of the spiritual journey. One may experience a closer friendship with God, a new insight, discernment, a blessing, inner healing or peace. The evening will begin with some introductory background about the labyrinth, an opening prayer, walking the labyrinth, closing prayer and a trip to Zesty’s Custard to close the evening! The labyrinth at St. Norbert Abbey is based on the design within the Chartres Cathedral (AD 1220) in France. The evening will be led by Robin Therese. (In case of inclement weather, the event will not be held.)
