Ladies are you looking to learn how to help your cycling with stretching, strength training and recovery? Well this night is for YOU! We are looking forward to it and can't wait to see yall!
We will have a short road ride at 6pm, then workshop and social time! You are more then welcome to skip the ride and hangout... Or if you are interested in trying a road bike we can bring you one to demo :) for demos please email Catherine at [email protected]
