Ladies Night! Goddess Yoga and Sacred Dance Class

Goddess yoga is the art of sacred feminine movement designed to awaken your inner goddess. In this unique experience, we begin class in a supportive and safe sister circle where we have the opportunity to share with one another and participate in rituals such as sharing aromatherapy oil and drawing a personal goddess card.

We turn the music up and the lights down low and move our bodies in circular, flowing movements infused with elements of yoga, the way women's bodies were designed to move...releasing judgment and growing in acceptance, creativity, and self-love.
