The Lodge Milton Keynes is a Ladies’ Mental Health Support Group that hold meetings free weekly meetings for the women of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Offering a safe, welcoming space where women can connect, share experiences, and access valuable resources to promote emotional well-being.
About the Group:
Open to all women over the age of 18 looking for a supportive environment to talk about mental health challenges, build resilience, and improve their well-being.
Our meetings take place every Tuesday, 6.30pm - 8.30pm at Challenge House, Sherwood Drive, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 6DP
Group discussions, wellness workshops, guest speakers, and more.
At The Lodge we believe that together, we can create a community where women feel empowered, heard, and supported. If you know anyone who might benefit from this group or would like to participate yourself, we would love to have you join us.
