The Lodge Milton Keynes is a Ladies’ Mental Health Support Group that hold meetings free weekly meetings for the women of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.Offering a safe, welcoming space where women can connect, share experiences, and access valuable resources to promote emotional well-being.
About the Group:
Open to all women over the age of 18 looking for a supportive environment to talk about mental health challenges, build resilience, and improve their well-being.
Our meetings take place every Tuesday, 6.30pm - 8.30pm at Challenge House, Sherwood Drive, Bletchley, Milton Keynes MK3 6DP
Group discussions, wellness workshops, guest speakers, and more.
