April: This Month’s Topic: Connection Through Movement... Yoga
Come experience the art of Yoga. Our Spectrum Yogi will take us through a gentle exercise and relaxation session, complete with a few partner poses, so we can share our experience with the women around us.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. No mat? No problem! Jen has a few mats for your use.

Many issues and complexities come up in this lifestyle, and it is great to build a stronger community to help work through things together, get to know each other better, and talk about life and the community. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, give advice, or just hang out with all the amazing ladies. We want to build a strong, fierce community of badass women.
