Presented by The Grown Folks Listening Room, Ladies’ Listening Room is an intimate, curated music experience created for women to connect with sound, memory, and self.

This session, Before the Now, explores the early music of Jill Scott—the songs that have shaped our stories, relationships, and personal growth over time.

Blending intentional listening, quiet reflection, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this experience invites you to slow down, be present, and engage with the music in a deeper way.

This is not a performance or a discussion group—it’s a thoughtfully held space to listen, reflect, and simply be.

Light refreshments will be served. Journals will be provided, or bring your own. Limited seating ensures an intimate and meaningful experience.

Ladies who attend Before the Now will receive an exclusive invitation to continue the experience at Part II: The Now on August 2.
