This is a 2-hour Latin Dance pop-up designed to help women feel more confident, grounded, and expressive on the dance floor.We will be working with Salsa and Bachata, separating the energy of each style so you can fully experience them both:
Salsa- Playful, upbeat, building your confidence
Bachata- Grounded, controlled and developing sensual technique
You will learn:
-Clear foundations and weight transfers
-Styling that feels natural and intentional
-Body awareness and social dance safety
-Fun Salsa and Bachata chorography with time to practice and drill
This workshop is welcoming, fun, and accessible - weather you are returning to the dance floor or you just want to deepen your confidence and connection to your movement.
