Ladies Fitness Social in Kits

Meet at 2268 Bayswater Street (General Gordon Elementary)

What: A fun, social 45-minute barre/pilates-inspired outdoor fitness class followed by social hour at a local bar or pub nearby.

Class runs rain or shine (covered location for rain). This event is designed to help us girls connect and meet new people who are interested in fitness and active lifestyles.

What to Bring: water and shoes you can exercise in, equipment will be provided

This is a 19+, ladies-only class.

Class cost: $12 to cover equipment and instructor insurance fees!

Class cost if purchased online is $12 plus GST to help recover transaction fees associated with paying by credit (payment by cash or e-transfer is inclusive of GST)
