Self-Defense Seminar for Ladies that enjoy Day and Night Time Activities: Take Action Today and Empower Yourself Now. This seminar is designed for ladies age18 years or older. If you are looking for practical tools to stay safe and feel confident this seminar is for you. Cedric Jordan, Self-Defense Instructor at Executive Self-Defense and Fitness, will teach a dynamic seminar where you will:

1. Practice simple, effective techniques to defend against the most common threats such as slap and choke attacks, relocation / bearhug attacks and hair and wrist grabs.
2. Build confidence and a strong mindset for handling verbal and physical confrontation
3. Train with real-world scenarios associated with every day life

Who will mostly benefit from this seminar: Ladies who enjoy day and night life activities . No prior experience needed — just a winning and fierce attitude. You will also have a chance upon concluding the seminar to have 1 additional hour of training at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Minimum Required For Class: 6 Ladies. If the seminar doesn't receive 6 lady registrants, the instructor will offer you the next available seminar.
