Ladies Day for the Tucson Gem & Fine Mineral Show 2025

After the tremendous success of last year’s charity event, the Tucson Fine Mineral Gallery is proud to once again raise funds for the Arizona Foundation for Cancer throughout Tucson 2025. Last year’s event raised an impressive $60,401 for the foundation.

One of the fundraisers is our ever-popular ‘Ladies Day,’ which costs $50 per person. There will be a cream tea and champagne reception, as well as two talks held in the Conference Room.

The first talk, at 11 am, will be given by Catia Scarpelli, co-owner of Italian based, Scarpelli Mosaici. Her presentation, titled “How Rocks Come to Life: The Magic of Stone Paintings,” offers a captivating insight into the creation of Scarpelli’s stunning mosaic paintings.

At 1.30 pm, Ukrainian artist Ksenia Levterova will deliver her talk, “The Story of a Woman Artist in the Mineralogical World: Do What You Love as Best as You Can, and Believe in People!”. Ksenia has made a remarkable impact in the mineral community with her exquisite mineral paintings, and her presentation promises to be both inspiring and enlightening.
