This is Part 2 of our empowering Ladies Dance Workshop series, where we explore movement, connection, and feminine wisdom in a safe, inspiring space.
What to expect:
Introduction (30 min): Join Tzer & Daniëlle de Jong as they explore what it truly means to find your flow—in dance, through the changing seasons, and your own cycle.
Danielle’s workshop (1.5 hrs): Delve into the themes of Winter & Spring—details coming soon!
Break (15 min): Recharge with light refreshments and connect with fellow dancers.
Tzer’s workshop (1.5 hrs): Experience the energy of Summer & Autumn, and discover new movement and power.
