Labour With Confidence: In-Person Pregnancy and Birth Prep

Participants gain confidence and skills for their birth with tools and tips for coping and enjoying labour. Hands on skills practiced with mats, birth balls, and other tools provided for the class. Curriculum covers pre-labour, early and active labour, 2nd & 3rd stages of labour, and what to expect of the first 24 hours of life with baby.
