Get ready for vaginal delivery with a pelvic floor physical therapist!
About this Event

This workshop is great for those who are currently pregnant or planning to get pregnant in the near future! In this 2 hour workshop we will go over considerations for labor and delivery, practice lengthening the pelvic floor as in with vaginal delivery, and touch on special topics such as breastfeeding and nutrition.

Note: Park in the back lot, access the third floor using the glass door on either side of the building. Workshop will be held in Suite 314!
