This class is best when your doula comes with you. We love it when doulas from the community attend! Don't have a doula or know what a doula is - go on our website and book a free consult today! This class is awesome for every family! In this class we will discuss how to recognize when labor begins we will practice pain coping techniques including breathing, movement, rebozo, tennis balls as well as discuss the us of an epidural, hydrotherapy, and more. This class is one that includes a lot of movement so come prepared to have a great time!
