🌿 An experience to explore your relationship with yourself and others through the body.

✨ Through 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and different 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀, we will listen to the voice of the body, allowing it to guide us on a journey of 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

🫀 The body holds memories, stories and relational patterns that often operate unconsciously. By bringing awareness into movement, we open the possibility of creating 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 and new ways of relating.

💛 Gradually, we will move from connection with ourselves into connection with others, exploring 𝘃𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 and the ability to meet one another from a more genuine and human place.

🌸 Through 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 practices and embodied experiences, we will cultivate a sense of 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in relationship.
