À mi-chemin de l’année, une invitation à revenir dans le corps et à explorer ce qui guide ton mouvement.
Viens sentir ce qui est là dans ton corps en mouvement : curiosité, hésitation, élan, liberté…
Une journée pour traverser la vague des 5Rythmes®:
Flowing… Staccato… Chaos… Lyrical… Stillness.
Un espace de mouvement continu, où ton corps peut suivre ses propres chemins et laisser émerger plus de clarté — dans le mouvement et dans les choix de vie.
🌿 Structure de la journée
Matin (Flowing & Staccato)
Ancrage, présence, direction.
On entre dans le corps, on réveille l’énergie et on met le mouvement en route.
Après-midi (Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness)
Ouverture, expression, intégration.
Le mouvement se déploie, puis se dépose vers le calme et la clarté.
Chaque session est une expérience complète en soi.
La journée se déploie de manière progressive et rythmée, avec des espaces pour explorer, respirer et intégrer à ton propre rythme, et la possibilité de prolonger l’exploration sur la journée entière.

Invitation
Halfway through the year, an invitation to return to the body and explore what guides your movement.
Come feel what is present in your moving body: curiosity, hesitation, momentum, freedom…
A full day to move through the 5Rhythms wave:
Flowing… Staccato… Chaos… Lyrical… Stillness.
We will take time to let the wave unfold in the body, from grounding to expression, then into release and integration.
A continuous movement space, where your body can follow its own pathways and allow more clarity to emerge — in movement and in life choices.
Structure of the day
Morning (Flowing & Staccato)
Grounding, presence, direction.
We enter the body, awaken energy, and listen to the rhythm moving through us.
Afternoon (Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness)
Expression, liberation, then return to silence and integration.
A deeper descent into the wave

Morning only
Afternoon only
Full day (the complete wave journey)
Each session is a complete experience in itself.
The day is progressive and rhythmic, with space to explore, breathe, and integrate at your own pace.
