About this Event
Join us in giving back to our community through a river clean up! The LA River has experienced multiple sources of contamination and remains dirty. In this river clean up, we hope to pickup trash and reduce contamination in one of the most popular rivers in the community.
This event is sponsored by The Phoenix, a nonprofit organization that leverages community and fitness to lead a healthy lifestyle without substance use. We ask only one thing from our participants -- 48 hours of sobriety. To ensure a safe and healthy space, we ask everyone to wear a mask.
