With summer in full swing Chef-Owner Alex Fargas and La Paloma invite diners on a culinary tour of Spain's regional flavours. On 13 August the journey arrives in Madrid for HK$498 per person.
The tapas experience features premium Spanish hams with picos breadsticks the iconic "Bocadillo De Calamares" (crispy fried squid sandwich) hearty "Callos Garbanzo Chorizo Y Morcilla" (tripe stew with chickpeas and sausages) and concludes with "Torrijas a La Madrileña" (vanilla brioche French toast).
