La Paloma: Celebrate 2025 the Spanish way!

Bid farewell to 2024 with La Paloma with their New Year Menu (HK$538 per person) served on 31 December and 1 January. Diners can indulge in Spanish flavours with the delectable Pan Fried Seabass “Aquanaria” With Green Chili Butter Sauce and Wagyu Beef Dry-Aged Potato Mille-Feuilles With “Cafe De Paris” Sauce. To complete the meal of new beginnings, guests can enjoy a dessert platter with La Paloma’s irresistible Cheese Cake Churros and a Selection of “Turrones”. Diners present at midnight can enjoy a special “Camapanadas” show. 

For those looking to welcome 2025 the Spanish way La Paloma will also be offering a special New Year’s lunch on January 1st.
